Log a reading from your cuff in seconds, see your trends, and share a 7-day report built the way the 2025 guideline asks for it.
Apple's advice is to log your blood pressure with a cuff for seven days and share the results with your doctor. That's exactly what this app is for: morning and evening reminders, a reading in three taps, and a report with the averages your doctor will look for.
Built for people who check their blood pressure at home and want an honest, fast record of it.
Scroll to your systolic, diastolic and pulse, add a context like "Morning" or "Stressed" if you want, and save. Backdate a reading you forgot to log.

Home monitoring is about averages, not single readings. The PDF leads with your 7-day home average, drops the first day as the guideline recommends, splits morning and evening, and shows where you fall against 130/80.

Weekly averages, time-of-day patterns and a plain-language summary of where your numbers are heading, so you notice a change before your next appointment.

Readings you log go to Apple Health. Readings from OMRON connect, Withings and other cuff apps come back into your log.

No. Phones and cameras can't measure blood pressure reliably, and apps that claim to are misleading you. Blood Pressure Log+ is a diary for readings you take with a home cuff. It works with any upper-arm or wrist monitor.
All of them, because you type the numbers in. If your cuff has its own app that saves to Apple Health, such as OMRON connect or Withings, turn on Apple Health sync and those readings show up automatically.
On your iPhone, and in Apple Health if you turn sync on. There's no account and no server that stores your readings. Your health data is never sold or used for advertising. See the privacy policy.
The 2025 AHA/ACC guideline recommends measuring at home in the morning and evening for a week, discarding the first day, and averaging the rest. A home average of 130/80 or higher is the threshold for high blood pressure. The report does this math for you.
No. Blood Pressure Log+ is not a medical device and doesn't diagnose anything. It helps you keep an accurate record to discuss with your doctor.
